Before dispatch
You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@thegemsure.com or +919953111782 with your order number. If you have already paid, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders we may cancel
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, failed payment verification, or suspected fraud. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.
Energised items
For items that undergo energisation/consecration at your request, cancellation is possible only before the ritual is performed.
