Who we are
thegemsure.com is run by Kkomal Vasisht, sole proprietor, trading as TheGemSure, Golden I, T3-519, behind McDonald's, Tech Zone IV, Amrapali Leisure Valley, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. We sell our own stock directly to you; we are not a marketplace for other sellers.
Your account
You can buy as a guest or with an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account unless you tell us it has been misused. You must be 18 or over to buy.
Products and descriptions
- Each gemstone is a single natural piece: the listing shows its weight in carat and ratti, its origin and its stock code. Weight can differ very slightly from one scale to another.
- Photos are of the actual stone where the listing says so; colour can look different on different screens and in different light. Photos of rings or pendants show how a stone can be set — settings are not included unless the listing says they are.
- Where a lab report is shown, it is issued by the named independent laboratory and you can check it with them. Where a listing says testing is in progress, the report is added once issued.
- The country of origin of each item is shown on its page, as the Legal Metrology rules require.
- Descriptions of the traditional or astrological significance of a stone, Rudraksha or yantra are cultural information, not a promise of any result. See our Disclaimer.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. The delivery charge, if any, is shown before you pay. You pay exactly the total shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds.
- If a price is plainly wrong because of a technical error, we will tell you before dispatch and you can pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is within India, as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the parcel passes to you on delivery. Returns and cancellations follow our Return & Refund and Cancellation policies; we charge no cancellation fee.
Reviews and content you send
Reviews must be your own honest experience of something you bought. We publish reviews whether good or bad, but we remove abuse, personal data, spam and reviews of products not bought from us. We never write or pay for reviews.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to TheGemSure. You may share links and quote short parts with credit; please do not copy listings or photos for another shop.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Apart from those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you ordered, or for delays caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, government action, courier network failures).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to our Grievance Officer; you also keep your right to approach the consumer commissions. Subject to that, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
