About the stones
Is the stone I receive the one in the photos?
For gemstones listed with a stock code (for example YS-06 or EM-03), yes — each listing is one physical stone, and the close-up photos are of that stone. Ring and pendant photos only show how it could be set.
What is the difference between carat and ratti?
Carat is the international unit: 1 carat = 0.2 gram. Ratti is the traditional Indian unit, and we use 1 ratti = 0.91 carat. Every listing shows both, so a 7.30 carat stone is shown as 8.02 ratti.
Where do your stones come from?
Each listing shows the origin — for example Ceylon (Sri Lanka) for our sapphires, Zambia for emeralds, Africa for rubies, the South Seas for pearls and Australia for opal.
Do your stones come with a lab report?
Our stones are being tested by an independent laboratory. A listing that says "testing in progress" will show the report once it is issued, and you can check the report with the laboratory yourself. If an issued report does not match the listing, you can return the stone for a full refund.
Which stone should I wear?
That is for your own astrologer to advise. We supply the stone and describe its traditional meaning; we do not prescribe stones or promise results.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available at present.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see all your orders, track them and save addresses.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. The price you see includes all taxes. Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above, and ₹79 below that — shown before you pay.
Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Orders paid before 2 pm on a working day usually leave us within 1 business day, and most arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Your expected delivery date is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or open My Orders. You also receive the tracking link once the parcel is booked.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at present.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a stone?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, not set in jewellery and comes back with everything it was sent with. See the Return & Refund Policy.
How soon do I get my money back?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing our check, to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, until it is handed to the courier. See the Cancellation Policy.
