Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery). Energised/consecrated items may take slightly longer as the ritual is completed before dispatch.
Delivery time
Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier. Remote pin codes may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping above an order value shown on the website.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow its progress.
Serviceability & COD
Serviceability and Cash on Delivery availability depend on your pin code and are confirmed at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us; please respond to courier calls to avoid this.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us at support@thegemsure.com within 48 hours with photographs, so we can resolve it quickly.
